The Reversion / 変異

When contemplating the question, "What does it mean to live?" I gradually came to feel that we exist within a certain realm.

I imagine this realm as a space where the material and the immaterial intersect, and where opposing forces and energies coexist. If there is a realm densely occupied by material existence, might there also be another realm beyond it—a space of complete harmony?

Through a performance in which material and immaterial presences encounter one another, come to understand one another, share the same realm, and repeatedly affirm each other's existence, this work explores the nature of existence itself. Within this process, it suggests that contemporary existence is not fixed, but continuously moves between seemingly opposing states, such as infinity and perfect harmony.
